It is a logically conjectured relationship between two or more variables shown in the form of questionnaires. Hence, using a five-point Likert scale may be quantified the degree of the guess. The reason for choosing Likert scale is that it allows a close-answer kind of response yet allowing the respondents to express their degree of agreement or disagreement, a type of scaling commonly used by many researchers conducting questionnaire studies. With the data obtained, cross-tabulation analyses were conducted with chi-square tests.
