2.3 The thesis model (conceptual model)
Before, the thesis model can be drawn, it will need to provide a clear picture for the reader that IV, DV and intervening variable are related and relevant to the research problem, questions and hypothesis. After all, The thesis model will provide a clearer picture of the relationship between IV and DV and also the stage for data collection and what thesis design, which is appropriate to the model, should be implemented. By this stage, it should be cleared that the thesis has the previous research conducted under the thesis problem. If so, the thesis design will be more likely using quantitative research based on the relevant issue. However, if there is lack of research under the topic which will be used in the thesis, qualitative research such as depth interviews will be more appropriate for the thesis.

In case of the thesis problem is to find out new technology or business model, the thesis model is still created from the literature review.

3.1 Thesis design

3.2 Thesis process
In this section, it is necessary to bring the research model, concept or the questions that will be testing to state here again in order to provide the methodology, which is appropriate for measuring. The committee will be able to see how appropriate methodology is used for testing research questions. Furthermore, it will be beneficial for future research that would like to replicate the research for another industries (Perry, 2000).

If the thesis is exploratory research as survey, the introduction of methodology chapter will be as below.

However, if the thesis is to test some application web design, it will be difference as the example below.

Now, it is significantly important to include how to conduct each step of the thesis methodology.  If the thesis is using interview in order to create the business model, it will require to provide, who are interviewees and what are the questions that being used in interview. The depth interview process must be included in the appendix of the thesis.  If the thesis conduct the survey, survey questions must be included in the appendix.
